My new friends

Bob and Jillian are tough. T-O-U-G-H! Now when I go bed I don't think about extra cheesy yummy pizza or raspberry filled powdered doughnuts, oh no, I think about Jillian in my face screaming to make it count! So now when I think about even eating __(insert bad food here)_, I think about Jillian and Bob and I immediately crave carrot sticks. The countdown is on! 1 lb. a week for 22 weeks equals a lot of lbs. lost. Oh it's ON!

UPDATE 1/18 - I lost 4 lbs. this week. I guess it shows what eating pretty healthy can do for you! Key: NO JUNK!

Good luck!! I ordered my Jillian Micheals 30-Day Shred it should be here Monday. A pound a week is so realistic, good for you. My problem is I always set an unrealistic goal that I don't reach and I get discouraged. I need to think more like you.
