one week to go

There is one more week go to until the wedding and it's just starting to hit me. I finally decided that we will not be seeing each other before the wedding. After all my married friend's told me how special it is to see the groom/bride for the first time as you walk down the aisle, my mind was made up. Now, I might break down like a little baby and then I can wish I had seen him beforehand! There are definately still a lot of things to do but I think everything is start to come together.

My friend Julie made programs for me and they are beautiful! I can't wait to share them with you after the wedding. They look professionally made and she did them all on Publisher. After a few snafu's at Kinko's they are now ready to be assembled. After church tomorrow we are going to have an "assembling" party and make Justin and her husband help us out. I'm sure they'll sneak off into the other room for beer and Nascar, but hey it'll still be fun. She spent a lot of time getting these programs beautiful and I cannot thank her enough!

We had a small bachelorette party last night, nothing too crazy, and it was a good time with some friends. I'll post some pictures of that later. My friend's Katy and Grace picked me up and made me a Future Mrs. Lassiter preppy sash with pink and green letters! It was adorable! Thanks ladies.
