While dear hubby lay there sleeping this morning, I couldn't help but pull out my computer to research Nikon lenses and recipes. I have lately been obsessed with reading Pioneer Woman's blogsite and found a link to Tasty Kitchen, which is her community recipe blog. This yummy looking dessert popped up and I'm tempted to make it. The instructions look time consuming as all get out, but look at this chocolately scrumptious masterpiece of a cheesecake!
My poor crazy cat Mia is injured once again. You may remember the day she had to go on Prozac (yes my cat is on an anti-depressant)! Well now somehow she has managed to get a corneal eye ulcer on most of her eye and her eye swelled up to the size of a walnut. It was not pretty so I took her to the vet. I have to put an ointment into the eyeball 3 times a day. I swear, what will it be next? I leave you with a picture of her in happier times, well happier if you're a cat and don't mind wearing a shirt :)
