Nadya, we are not stupid. We saw Kate Gosselin's tummy (that she herself referred to as "jowls of a dog") after having six babies in there and we KNOW she got a tummy tuck! You are not fooling us you crazy lady! What do you think about the Octomom's bikini shots?
