Exciting news! My sister is the cutest thing ever and she has started a blog! Her name is Sarah and she is a health counselor at the Country Club of Virginia here in Richmond. She is so excited about her new position there so she has started a health and fitness blog called
Two-Legged Plant Eater where she will be sharing advice on eating wholesome and nutritional foods, recipes, grocery shopping tips-you name it, she'll do it! She's also a fantastic writer (and really funny too) so go visit her blog today and start learning about real and whole foods!
