I love Bare Minerals and I don't know what I would do without it! I don't have great skin, so in 2005 during a horrible breakout my sister introduced me to this wonder powder. She worked at Sephora and begged me to let her use Bare Minerals foundation on my face. I told her it would never work. But, I looked in the mirror and low and behold - it looks amazing! I have not since worked liquid foundation and hope that I never have to again! My favorite products are the foundation (fairly light), well-rested concealer for eyes (bye-bye red and puffy skin), warmth powder and mineral veil. I would highly recommend it!
Again, my product-junkie sister turned me on to another great skin care line. For Christmas she gave me a sample set of MyChelle Dermaceuticals that included over 20 small samples of product. At first I didn't even pick it up because I was happy with my Clinique regimin. Well one night a few weeks afer Christmas I picked up the kit and started thumbing through the samples thinking, where do I begin? Well ladies, I have never had my skin feel so moisturized and fresh in my whole life. There were about 8 cleansers and 8 lotions with other serums and potions, so I just started used them all. The Rejuvinating Night Cream and Fabulous Eye Cream are by far some of the best products I've used in a long time. I am hooked! Sold at Whole Foods and online.
Aveda paddle brush. My favorite brush in the whole world. You must get one! This then leads me to Aveda products. If I could afford to constantly buy this stuff I would, but you know it gets expensive! My favorites are the Shampure shampoo and conditioner, phomollient and volumizing tonic. I also love the natural smell of these products and whenever I use them I feel so fresh!
I also really like Bumble and Bumble shampoo/conditioner on a rare occasion since it costs twice what Aveda does, Bobbi Brown eyeshadows (great pigments), Neutrogena body oil, Jergens Original Almond and Cherry lotion, OPI quick-dry for nails (dries your polish instantly), Clinique brow pencils, lip stick and eyeliner, and anything by Arbonne with the Rejuvinating scent (assorted bath products).
So there you have it! What are you must-have beauty products?

oh I love the bumble and bumble shampoo and conditioner!!! I can't stand the price tho. It is great though! Thanks for visiting my blog! I love yours! Congrats on getting married!
You have some great finds as well! I will be looking for one of those nice brushes!
I love that brush!!! I've been hearing a lot about bumble & bumble lately, but everyone says the same thing about it costing a lot. I'm too much of a cheapo! I think Pantene cost too much. Ha!
Everyone is talking bare minerals! I want to try it...
Bare minerals is my favorite!!! I won't use anything else anymore. With the exception of my Clinique foundation, I love that...
I love the Frederic Fekkai conditioning shampoo...with shea butter. It smells fabulous and makes my hair silky smooth. However, I don't purchase it often because it's a little pricey.
I also love the Arbonne eye cream (with Vitamin C). I just recently started using it and it's wonderful!
Happy Friday!
:) Kristi
Thats the same brush I have...its amazing...all my day to day shampoos and such are aveda.
Dr. Oz just did a show about some of your makeup killing, and one of the products was Bare Minerals... Something about the very fine mist of dust that the loose powder emits leading to lung cancer down the road. (Different for pressed powder.) Just thought I'd throw that out there.
I LOOOOVE that brush, own it and its fabulous!
I use mostly Origins make up and I really like it. Bumble & Bumble is fabulous (of course). I really like their styling lotion.
I am definitely going to try the paddle brush! I like Aveda hair products a lot- and their tea too!
Yes, Bare Minerals saved my face! haha! LOve reading your blog... :)
I use Bumble and Bumble as well, I love the Aveda Brush! I think I'll get that! Thanks for visiting my blog!
Hey-- thanks for stopping by my blog! Hunter boots ARE a little pricey, aren't they?? I had my eye on a cute pair of red boots at Target, but they were sold out for the longest time and I finally splurged for the real guys for Christmas... I think all of this snow has made them worthwhile though!
Great product recommendations!
Love, love, love your blog, your cookies are the cutest things ever! Thanks for your comment over at CAwife!
I loved this post! Thanks for sharing! I, too, use bare minerals and love it!!! I love how it feels like I have no makeup on at all...it is so light on my face!
Feel free to stop by my blog!

Bare Minerals rescued my skin, too! I'm so thankful for it. This was a fun post. . .I think you inspired me to make one on my blog like this. Thanks girl!
I love posts like this! :)
I am with you on the bare minerals. I really did not want to use it and my mom begged me for years. I finally switched and I love it. It looks so much more natural than any liquid foundation. Also I think it works well with a lot of other products. I started using the mineral veil over Benefit That Gal Primer and it worked great. It also blends well with Kiehl's concealer.
Thanks for following my new blog! =) I look forward to following yours! I love Bare Minerals too! That stuff is amazing! I miss living at home with my mom because she has pretty much every shade they have! My bare mineral bronzer ran out about a month ago and now that I am a newlywed on a budget I have to wait :(
You have some great finds as well

just bought Bare Minerals (Fairly Light) this weekend...with the warmth & mineral veil. It is by far the nicest make up I've ever used! I especially love the foundation primer too! So soft!
