Jesus is still the reason for the season. I love the lyrics to this song. He was forsaken on a cross so that you and I could be forgiven. Jesus, the man who never sinned was horribly condemned while me, a disgraced sinner, can be fully accepted. His spirit is within me because he died and rose again. If you do not know him, I hope that you would be receptive to the message. He loves you! I am far from ever being perfect but he loves me anyway, flaws and all.
