You would think that after a week of major calorie reduction starting Weight Watchers that I would be melting away. Not likely. I got on the scale this morning so excited to see how much I've lost this week and it was .40 of a pound. You have to be kidding me. I thought that the starving feeling after you've used all your points up for the day was a good thing, like your body was eating itself. I have been so good too, like depriving myself of pizza and waffle fries and instead eating salads and lima beans and fruit. The funny thing is I was starting to feel a bit smaller, maybe it's just in my head. Oh well, here's to next weeks weigh-in.

aww girl, don't give up! The scale is a cruel machine.. and you probably ARE smaller! Go by how you feel and how your clothes fit, not by that scale! :-)
The scale is evil!! I hate it... and I hate that i just takes woman SO LONG to lose weight but ur husband can be on a diet and lose 10 lbs in 2 days!!
I've been doing WW for a while now and it definitly goes slow but it stays off too, which is a good thing! Hang in there...I'm sure it is working!
Aw, so sorry to hear you're bummed about it. I can relate! I keep fluctuating between a couple pounds and it's frustrating! Keep working at it :)

My first week, I went UP a pound and change. I was sooooo mad. Since then I've come down little by little each week. Chin up!

Don't be so hard on yourself pretty lady...your body is just getting used to the new routine. I gained on my first week, so frustrating! Remember to drink water like crazy, that will help. Hang in there, we are with you and rooting for you! XOXO

I know what you mean! I worked out Thursday, Friday, and Sunday and I actually GAINED TWO POUNDS over the weekend. What gives?!

Hang in there! I am back in my first week of WW too (weigh in Wednesday). It's hard not to have HUGE expectations.
Go for a walk in the AM when you wake up, then weigh yourself. It helps, I promise!
You might want to try measuring yourself verses weighing yourself. You might be getting smaller!
Good luck! It takes patience and endurance, but you can do it! = )
Keep your head up! If you keep doing as well as you have been, it will be working in no time!
