***Okay so now people are telling me this is a wig. The picture on the right does look wiggy but the one on the left is crazy realistic looking!

I think it was a wig(s) but either way she should consider going short...it looks great on her!
It's actually a wig but I def think she could pull it off.

I love it also! I don't think she should cut her beautiful hair though. With the wig, she can have short hair whenever she wants to and always be able to go back to her long hair!

I have also heard this is a wig. However, I do love the look on the left. I am not sure it would be a good permanent change, but she should definitely wear the wig every once in awhile.

I feel like they are two different wigs. I absolutely love the one on the left, with the side-swooped bangs. However, I would wait until she is later in her 30's closer to hitting 40 to do the due. She is still young and carefree, and I think her flowy, blond hair suits her age right now.
