This post is totally random for me, but after researching baby shower cakes and seeing some seriously heinous examples online, I thought it fitting to share. I first started off by googling "twin baby shower cakes" and then went straight for the "bad baby shower cakes." It turned from double the joy to double the scary. Ashley if you are reading this (my preggo friend expecting twins), I promise none of these examples will show up on the dessert table! Hilarity shall now ensure (I hope). Let's face it, I'm a Cake Wreck wannabe. Have laugh.
First I found baby butts detached from their bodies. Literally swimming in icing, somewhere...
Then there was the one with some twin babies sitting on some cabbage...
And the one with the Christmas clay-mation looking baby boy twins swimming in um, bubbles?
This brings mirror images twins to a whole new level.
And I think I speak for almost everyone that realistic sugar babies are indeed, scary.
Then I just went for it. "Bad baby shower cake." And here they are. Oh wait, and it's not all of them because some of them were just too darn nasty.
Because nothing says classy like red, white and blue long acrylic nails. On a bare belly. With boobs. That you can eat.
Unless your baby is Oscar the Grouch, I would avoid this one.
And nothing could be scarier than a looks-like-a-real-baby-but-isn't cake.
And while we're on that same issue... A feast for your eyes. Baby Ghandi perhaps?
