We had a nice weekend, although I've had a pretty bad headache and sore throat that I'm working through. I fear that it may be early fall allergies but we'll see.
Friday afternoon Avery and I had a Dunkin Donuts date, booked her birthday party venue, and drove through some new construction neighborhoods and toured a model home. We are not moving anytime soon, but thought it would be fun to see what options are out there.
On Friday evening I headed to a bluegrass show with my dad.
We are kind of bluegrass buds. Mostly because I rather enjoy the music while my mother does not.
We saw Dale Ann Bradley, who is an amazing vocalist and award winner.
Justin worked all day on Saturday, so Avery and I headed to Target in the early AM for cowgirl boots, sparkle shoes, and some groceries. My head started pounding on Saturday, so afterwards I spent the afternoon lounging and working on Etsy orders.
I love the Chobani Flip yogurts and cannot stop eating them. The fridge is stocked.
Much of Avery's sleep time is when I work on my orders. I've been working together on a fabulous custom birthday party and here is a sneak peek of the glittery gold theme. This may be one of my favorite designs so far. Sunday afternoon was quite productive!
We also made lots of progress on clearing out the future playroom.
Hopefully painting will start soon(ish). Can't wait to transform Avery's new space.
I also finished Avery's birthday invitation last night.
Can I just say that I absolutely love it!
